We consider accessibility an ongoing effort. We integrate it into design, development and review, and we listen to users who face barriers to correct issues as we find them.

Our reference is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This includes considerations for:

• Keyboard navigation and visible focus.
• Support for screen readers via semantic HTML and ARIA when appropriate.
• Colour contrast on text and interactive elements.
• Alternative text on informative images.
• Accessible forms, labels and error messages.
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences.
• Zoom up to 200% and responsive layouts on mobile.

Some pages and third-party components (analytics dashboards, embedded video, external booking tools) may not yet meet the same level. We work on improvements as they are identified.

Accessibility for websites we deliver to clients is defined in the corresponding proposal. WCAG 2.1 AA is the recommended reference; a full conformance audit is a separate service.
